House Rules

- Events, parties, gatherings in a larger number of the guests than the ones in the reservation are not allowed. Should this happen, we are entitled to terminate the reservation with immediate effect with no reimbursement and the guest can be charged a penalty fee of 250 EUR.

- Unless agreed, check-out is at 12pm. We offer late check-out options whenever possible. If the guest fails to checkout at the agreed time affecting the next reservation, we are entitled to charge a penalty fee up to 250 EUR.

- At check-out date, the cleaning company will provide us with a report of the status of the property. In case of items damaged, with proof and evidence, we are entitled to charge the repair / replacement up to 500 EUR.

- In the event a guest smokes in the property, the property will require a much deeper cleaning and we will have to keep the property empty for 48h to remove any traces of the smell. Should this occur, we are entitled to charge a penalty fee up to 250 EUR

- For stays equal or over 28 days, an exit cleaning fee of 100 EUR applies

The space
The apartment is made up of a bright living room with 2 large windows overlooking Brussels main pedestrian street and the historical centre. The living room is furnished with a 180 cm x 200 cm sofa bed, flat-screen TV with Netflix, a laptop desk and an open plan dinning area.

The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe

The kitchen has a stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, cutlery and flatware for 4 guests.

The bathroom has a sink and shower and the toilet has its own room.

There is a washer and dryer in the basement - free of use!
Baby cot (Travel pack n' play) is available on demand - free of use!

- Annessens and de Brouckere metro stations
- 5 metro stops from Place Schuman, where the main buildings of the European Commission and the European Council are located;
- 4 metro stops from Place de Luxembourg, where the European Parliament is located.

Getting around
Transportation and Parking:

From Airport:
- Taxi (around 40-50 EUR) or Uber (around 30-40 EUR)
- Take the train shuttle to Gare Central (much quicker in high traffic hours)

From Gare Central:
- Metro: take metro lines 1 (direction Gare Ouest) or 5 (direction Erasme) till station De Brouckere (1 stop only) from there walk 600m till the apartment
- Walk: if you don’t have much luggage you can also walk 750m (15m)
- Taxi: 15-20 EUR

From Gare du Midi:
- Metro: take metro lines 3 (direction Esplanade) or 4 (Gare du Nord) till station Anneessens (2 stops only) from there walk 300m till the apartment ( 5minutes)
- Taxi: 15-20 EUR

Parking:
- Parking is paid almost everywhere in town and public parking is very scarce due to the large pedestrian zone. Nearby (600m) you have a private parking that costs around 15 EUR/day . The address is Place De Brouckère 1, 1000 Bruxelles and it's a 8 minute walk to the apartment.
