The space

The apartment has a bright living room with 2 windows overlooking Brussel's main pedestrian street in the historical center and the beautiful city skyline. The living room is furnished with a 180 cm x 200 cm sofa bed, flat-screen TV with Netflix only (no cable TV), a laptop desk, and an open-plan dining area with seating for 4. The windows are equipped with a blackout blind for those sleeping on the sofa bed.

The bedroom has a double bed, and blackout curtains and the wardrobe is in the hallway.

The kitchen has a stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, cutlery, and flatware for 4 guests.

The bathroom has a sink and shower and the toilet has its own room.

Baby cot (Travel pack n' play) is available on demand - free of use!

The building is located in the heart of Brussels Downtown Historical Center and the main pedestrian street in the city with a short walk from:
- Grand Place and surrounding small cobbled streets with restaurants, chocolate stores, antique shops, and the famous Galeries de Hal
- Boulevard Anspach, where there are supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and traditional restaurants
- Rue Nueve - Brussels' 1 of 2 shopping streets
- Annessens and de Brouckere metro stations
- 5 metro stops from Place Schuman, where the main buildings of the European Commission and the European Council are located;
- 4 metro stops from Place de Luxembourg, where the European Parliament is.

To protect our community, we may request a copy of your ID and a deposit which will be charged in the case of a house rules violation.

Events, parties, and gatherings with a larger number of guests than the ones in the reservation are not allowed. Should this happen, we are entitled to terminate the reservation with immediate effect with no reimbursement.

Unless agreed, check-out is at 11 am. We offer late check-out options whenever possible, so feel free to contact us.

Smoking is forbidden on the property or premises of the building. In the event a guest smokes in the property, the property will require a much deeper cleaning and we may have to keep the property empty for 24H/48h to remove any traces of the smell. Should this occur, we may request you a surcharge.
